Shipping Policy

Ami Floral Supplies primarily delivers within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, with arrangements available for other states.

Delivery times:
- Selangor / KL: Same-day or next-day delivery (fresh flower orders)
- Other West Malaysia states: 1–4 working days (non-perishable items only, e.g. soap flowers)
- East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 5-8 working days (non-perishable items only)

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery state and shown at checkout. 

Fresh flowers are perishable and are only delivered within the Klang Valley via same-day/next-day dedicated delivery. Fresh flowers are not available for long-distance courier shipping.

After your order is placed, we will confirm the delivery time with you via WhatsApp (013-220 5934). If no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
